Swirl and scratch removal, done indoors.
Paint correction in Surrey, BC
Swirl marks, light scratches and hazy paint polished out at our Surrey shop. Stage 1 from $300.
What correction fixes
Automatic washes, dirty towels and years of weather leave paint full of fine scratches. In sunlight they show up as spider webs around every reflection, and they make a clean car look tired.
Correction means machine polishing the clear coat to remove those defects instead of filling them with glazes that wash away. Every job starts with a paint thickness reading, so we only remove what is needed.

Paint correction questions
What is paint correction?
Machine polishing that removes a very thin layer of clear coat to level swirl marks, light scratches, water spots and haze. It restores gloss instead of hiding defects.
How much is paint correction?
Stage 1 is $300 for sedans and coupes and $400 for SUVs and trucks. Stage 2 is $600 and $700.
Stage 1 or Stage 2?
Stage 1 is a one step polish for newer cars and light swirls. Stage 2 adds a cutting step for heavier swirls and scratches. We recommend one after a paint inspection.
Can it remove every scratch?
It removes most swirls and light to moderate scratches. If your fingernail catches in a scratch, it has likely gone through the clear coat and may need touch up or paint work. We will tell you honestly.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 to 3 days in our Surrey shop depending on the vehicle and paint.
Should I coat after correction?
We recommend it. Correction makes the paint look right and a ceramic coating keeps it that way.
